Anniversary

On this day 61 years ago our Pastor, Monsignor John Aloysius Ecker was
ordained a priest at Holy Cross Cathedral in Boston, Massachusetts by Archbishop (later Cardinal) Richard J. Cushing and he gives thanks for the gift of priesthood & the privilege of serving you here at St. Paul Cathedral in Yakima. The three years he signed on for as a “lend lease” priest has lasted a long time & he is grateful for it.
